Terms of Use

1. What Mess is

Mess is an app for discovering nightlife events in Israel. In the app you can browse events, mark that you're interested or going, see where your friends are going and share events.

2. Mess is not the ticket seller

Mess does not sell tickets to events and is not a party to the purchase. The "Tickets" button takes you to the website of the producer or the ticketing provider (for example GO-OUT, Chillz, Eventer, Tickchak and others). Purchase, payment, refunds, cancellations, date changes and any customer service about tickets are handled by the producer or the ticketing provider, under their terms.

3. Event information

Event details (date, venue, prices, availability) come from producers and public websites. We try to keep them accurate, but mistakes and changes can happen. The price and availability that count are the ones shown by the producer at the time of purchase. Found a mistake? Report it from the event page ("Report a problem").

4. Age

You must be 18 or older to use the app.

5. Your account and content

You are responsible for your account details and for all activity on it. Do not upload or send offensive, illegal or misleading content. We may remove content and block accounts that break these terms. You can report users and content, and block users.

Mess has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We review reports within 24 hours, remove offending content and ban users who post it.

6. Producers

Producers who manage their events on Mess are responsible for the information, updates and promo codes they publish. We review requests to manage a production before granting access, and we may revoke access that is misused.

7. Promo codes and links

Promo codes shown in the app are provided by producers and are subject to their terms. Links to external websites include tracking parameters (UTM) so the producer knows you came from Mess.

8. Liability

The app is provided "as is". Mess is not responsible for whether events take place, for their quality, or for anything between you and the producer or ticketing provider.

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete Account.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available in the app. Contact us in the app (Settings → Help & Support) or at messnightlife.com/support.
